POSING MUSIC

Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique and Men's Classic Physique can be uploaded to the MuscleWare system no later than March 27th at midnight when registration ends. Please be sure your file plays as an MP3 file. ABSOLUTELY NO PROFANITY ALLOWED.

Bodybuilding is allowed 60-90 seconds. Classic Physique and Women’s Physique must be 60 sec or less. If more than 60 sec of music is submitted, the first 60 sec of the music will be played.

 

If your music is not in the correct format (.mp3), not clearly labeled, or submitted after the deadline, house music will be played during your routine.

 

As stated in the NPC rules, music containing profanity or vulgar lyrics will result in disqualification.
